This document sets out the requirements for waterproofing and surfacing concrete decks of highway bridges, including accommodation bridges, tunnels, box-type underpasses, culverts and cattle creeps. It shall apply to new waterproofing works and, where appropriate, to the maintenance and repair of existing waterproofing works.
